One of the 4 most deadly poisonous snakes in India. It’s bite is hemotoxic, which means that the venom acts on the circulatory system of the victim, results in bleeding, as it effects blood coagulation.

Unfortunately I did not get a good picture of the Russell’s viper as it was dark.
